I for one am really interested in any info anyone's got for dimentions and any simple checks with a tape measure etc
For the critical dimensions -motor mounts to fork tube.
I try to do as much as I can before seeking the help of professional 's
I think a certain chap over Manchester way charges are Very reasonable for this service.

Dimentions are not that critical because manufacturing tolerances from one frame assembly to the next, are too great. How many robots were used to make these frames? Exactly. Some of these frames barely saw an assembly jig! So a tape measure is not the tool you really need.
You should be looking for "trueness" and the simplest tool for measuring that is an Engineers spirit level. An Engineers laser algnment tool is even better if you can scrounge the use of one!

Hmmm. This would be quite dangerous in a revmonster.
