I think Tracy is Derek (Scooterlam)'s better half.

Rest assured that Scooterlam (who is dealing with the online tickets) will know if you have paid. ;)

With The Bigcartel app all transactions are logged, all multiple ticket purchasers will be contacted to supply the names of thier group.
When we have this information we will contact all online ticket holders with the relevent information.
This will happen after the cut off for ticket sales.

If any one has any queries , contact me through here or the contact panel at SDR.bigcartel.com

A nice bright day today, gave me the chance to cover a large section of the route.
And its good, a mixture of quick A's and Twisty B's very scenic, oh and its quite long.

No there's frequent fuel stops,
You'll only have problems if you can't do 30 mile on a tank.

This is all the info I get get for my area for all those not camping. All within five minutes max of the event.

Southampton's the other way &I'm sure you'll find far more accomodation there.

I must add that the weather is NORMALLY spot on at the time of year for those camping. Basic amenities are provided free of charge also.

Catering is provided on site, not included in the price of the event ticket, but it's reasonable so I am told.

This is where Solent Cougars S.C have their rally every july.

I will add that Stoneham lane is closed from mid morning til 6 pm at the Eastleigh football club end. This is to allow full pedestrian access for supporters going to & leaving the match. Eastleigh FC are at home that day against Tranmere rovers so expect a few thousand people walking down there. If you allow yourself time you'll miss all that anyway. Listen very carefully, I shall say this only once...

If you access the event from the M27 (airport junction) which I wholly advise, follow the signs for A335 - Southampton/Swaythling & go down the dual carriageway until the first set off lights, (there is a low bridge opposite) go into the right hand filter lane & turn right A27 - into Bassett green road, head on up a hill to another set of lights, turn right again into Stoneham lane, through a couple of S bends & BTC is on your right.

Thats a fair bit of info to take on board but you have three months ;)

Hello all, if booking into these hotels, do you know if there's safe parking for scooters there?

I can't guarantee it, you best bet is to ring the place you wish to stay at & ask them.

Less than 2 weeks to go till ticket application closes.
over 100 sold so its going to be a good one.
We have been asked numerous times if people can pay on the day but in fairness to those who have committed this will not be possible.
All profits are going to the LCGB charity.

If anyone feels like trailering their scooters down they can park at the venue, but I must stress the venue does not allow motorhomes, caravans etc. Simply put, you won't get in. Site rules I'm afraid.

cheers

Hi Pete,

They'll be sent out after the cut off point of the 23rd of March, when all the applications are in. We know exactly how many to order then. There's roughly a two to three day turnaround on them so you will get them in plenty of time.
