Cylinder studs

Need help with a tuning kit, how do you tune your scooter, which kit should I choose, and all general tuning and modifcations questions are for in here.

Anyone had cylinder studs snap on an rt195? Both right hand studs have snapped where the top thread meets the main bar. Relieved studs that I had with the kit. Done a 1000 miles at most.
