Technical help for Series one, two and three Lambrettas. Models include the Li, Li Special, TV, SX, GP, Serveta and API/SIL models

Folks.
As the title suggests, I have a spare Yamaha RD 350 YPVS motor that came with a 1988 F2 that I'm renovating. I've always had a thing for RDs since my first RD350LC back in the mid 80's & I'm aware it's feasible to fit the motor into a Lambretta.
Can anyone suggest a resident expert that may be able to offer advice &/or any publications, pictures etc (anything really!) that may be able to persuade me this is either a good or daft idea?
Cheers

Its certainly been done before late 80’s/early 90’s
If you search Alan Rosser YPVS Lambretta the search throws up some pictures and articles
Other watching a demo of someone riding one at a rally back in the day thats the sum total of my knowledge.

There's been plenty better jobs done since the original Rossa though credit it was his idea....or was it Frank Ssnderson ???
The Rossa was plagued with issues that a few people bettered in time based on the concept but at huge cost and I'm sure some head and heart ache.
There was a very good example done by a lad who came on here, it was finished a metal flake AF/DTC style paint. He knew what he was about and a very clever lad.....Holty, I think ???
Give him message ?
