I definitely have a “blank” housing to get some more cast, if needed. I may have one drilled out set left. I’ll have a look tomorrow and let you know. I’m only after what they cost me to have made up which, with postage, is £90.

I'd use a longer screw thread to get onto the nyloc part of the nut so as you don't lose all that hard work down the road!
