Just bought a TV 175 S3 in original paint no panels.
It all looked ok apart from holes drilled in air box and evidence of engine rebuild so had a rummage through old receipts that came with the bike and discovered that engine is stage 4 tuned (barrel cost £55 in 2015!!) Total engine rebuild cost £833.30.
Sounds ok I guess but would like to know more about the builder - JBW Restorations nr Cheltenham I think. Does anyone know anything about this scooter shop/company

John Benson Wilson - Tewkesbury way.
He mainly does frames and panel work, but i would expect an engine from him to be a good'un!

Oh thanks for letting me know who this is. I haven't actually ridden this scoot but Im planing on riding a rally or two in the summer so the proof will be in the pudding as they say as to whether it's a good engine or not
