S3 Li drop links for shocks (need a tap)

Hello boys and girls,

Ok so I have a pair of drop links to fit to my Li, but I need to clear the shock mount thread in one of them, does anyone know what size tap I would need for this, looked everywhere to try and find some info but to no avail and I have some taps but none that fit (typically)

I think we are talking about the thread in the link that the stud fits in, it's 7mm

Yes mate that’s the one, but need a bit more info to get the correct tap as there’s a few different threads per inch as well

It is m7. 7mm by 1mm pitch.
