To join the LCGB via post, Print and fill out this form
(Please allow up to 14 days to process your new membership)

To renew your LCGB Membership via post, please send a cheque or Postal Order made payable to the LCGB and post to the address above.
Please make sure you write your membership number on the reverse of the cheque.

Data Protection Statement
Your data will be held on the LCGB Database and will only be shared with third parties for legitimate mailing eg. Jetset. The LCGB do not sell mailing lists, or otherwise pass on your details to third party organisations without the consent of the membership of the LCGB.
The submission of this form to the LCGB indicates agreement to data use for these purposes and to enable us to contact you with member communications. Your data can be deleted from our database at any time by emailing support@thelcgb.com

Once your membership expires your details will be held on our database for 3 months after which, if you have chosen not to renew then your details will be permanently deleted and your membership number will be re-issued.

Membership Card Renewals
A third party company are producing and posting the membership cards for LCGB. A datasheet to the company on the 15th and the end of the month. If you renew before the 15th you will receive your new card around the 26th of that month.

If you renew after the 15th, you will receive your new card around the 9th of the following month.If you pay for your renewal and your membership doesn't expire until the next month, you will go on the datasheet sent the next month.This is so you do not lose 1 months membership. For example, if you pay for your renewal in January and your membership doesn't expire until February, you will go on the datasheet on 15th February and so receive your card around the 26th February.

Please be patient if you are renewing your membership a month earlier than it expires.
