16th of Nov 2013 was the date the club held a 60th anniversary dinner dance style event ........... Those who attended got presented with the Union flag shield.

Well all these visual, actual and accurate histories of the last 65 years of the LCGB really kicks into touch the notion that the BLOA design has only been 'hastily brought back into production by the Club Shop in the last 6 months'.... (a quote taken from another source on social media).

I know I've been selling the BLOA and Club Lambretta GB metal shields and BLOA stickers for 5+ years (I've gone back through my supplier orders), plus I have a large BLOA metal shield that was produced when Barty & Louise run the club shop, which was prior to me taking over from them in 2009.

Some lovely stuff there.

Kettering National Scooter Rally 1998 ........... Lambretta Club 45th

40th Anniversary flyer for the members rally at Lawton Civic Hall .......... Those that attended will remember the club rode across to 3 Sisters racing circuit and spent the day watching scooter racing. Everyone also had the opportunity to a ride around the track (most obeyed the request to ride behind the pace car)

A few of us rode down on our road scoots on Friday, then across to 3 Sisters to race on our race scoots on the Saturday ........ Then road home again on Sunday, Mad but Happy times
