Is there a way to check your frame is straight before a rebuild? Something that can be done at home?
I'm thinking of a check say similar to a vehicle with plum lines and chalk , measurement between points etc.
Anyone ever come across a method of checking other them the obvious visual check, welding, bent steel etc.

If it is an LI frame, there are a few jigs around the country and some measurements you can check at home with a tape measure and a long straight length of metal.
What frame do you have?

Nice, hope you're going to share your progress in the forum. It's always interesting seeing another lambretta coming back to life
