Head torque

I am building an RB20 engine with AF's Mammoth head. Can someone advise what torque the head nuts should be done up to? Sticky's book says 18 to 20 lbft, is that still correct for the RB?
Cheers Andy.

With first class hard steel/graded fasteners & thick (4 mm preferred) I would still apply a torque of 22.5lb/ft (30.5 Nm) which I have used for donkey's years.

It might be a good idea to ask on the BSSO Forum as the RB is the basis for the Production Class, as those users are most likely to be able to advise with their frequent engine strip downs.
