I am using one although I have not noticed any better performance it went straight on with not bending or other fettling and I have not had to weld it up like my old after a few thousand miles.

Just got one to fit on a mates scooter after a bit of engine revamp.
Tried it to check how it fit before it went to get coated and it fit perfect (as said above)
Nice piece of kit - good welds and finish - Chrome two piece u bend is good.
Comes with gasket and spring puller.
Should be up and running this weekend so will report back once its on the road.

Fitted the scootopia big bore at the weekend. Difficult to comment on performance directly against the previous set up as I altered the gearing to indian GP 200 gearbox + sprockets and had a stage 4 tune this was against the original set up of stock SIL 200 top end, LI150 g/b with 15/46 and a scorpion pipe.
I had a run up and down the lane and it felt decent. Mate took it round block and came back with a smile on face - said felt much better than the old set up. Whitby will Be first decent ride out for him with a mix of roads so we'll find out then.
When I did the final fit I couldn't get the tail pipe bracket on the usual stud and the top spring on the u bend to stub fouled the head cowl. Was able to move the bracket to another stud and I used a spring I had off an expansion.

took the trashed jl4 off, after hitting speed ramps on the coast to coast, and fitted the scootopia clubman, perfect fit, looks great quality, had some VHT clear paint spare in the garage so i put that on the box, first test drive with no change in jetting (30mm phbh) flat and boggy, dropped the main from a 135,to a 122 and what a difference pulls from low down to 50mph like a train (jl4 didnt) then a nice smooth,no waiting for the big power band just a nice smooth rev out! lost top speed but gained driveable low to mid range! mugello 186 cc tv 116 conrod, varietronics,30mm phbh,5 plate clutch!

agree with the tail pipe bracket.... too springy to bend in and put the nut on...
two options...
replace stud with bolt
or.... put bracket on and slide pipe through it...
the bolt is my preferred option

Mate was over the moon with bike performance to whitby even against the bad winds and banks.
So all round a good set up - in respect of the clubman it's a decent product, good price and it works with this set up.

just put one a fullrebuild li125s with rt195 kit ..30mm carb etc etc really good fit but needed to fettle rear bkt to fit as it needs to have the flat area with hole in off centre to fit over stud ..other than that works and sounds great and good build quality

I have put circa 100 miles on my scootopia clubman and so far I like it more than the previous AF. It allows the motor to rev on a little more and has improved going through the gears and top end. The quality looks good and I like the two piece slip joint u-tube. No fitting issues at all for my SIL 200 in a Series 3 Li150 frame. Noise wise it feels about the same as the AF but with a slightly crisper note. All in all I'm very pleased with it.
