Hello all ,
Looking for some advice for what is the best 60mm x 110 stroke crank to use on a ts1 build and what if any are the benefits over the 58mm .also should it be welded to stop twisting Any advice on suppliers I would be grateful.
Budget is around the £200 -250 area
Thanks in advance
James

More torque for the same rpm.

Can't rev as high due to increased piston and rod acceleration. Although I suspect port timings and exhaust would limit revs before this became an issue.

In simple terms "it'll gan faster"

Jamjo, this is a 60 mm x 107 mm rodded JB supplied crankshaft, this is going into a new engine build soon.

I'm using the 60/110 BGM on my last build,
I'm not very impressed,
the threads for the nut were damaged plus I had some difficulties to fit the woodruff key,
on the positive side the clearance is good.
