12 volt points conversion.

Old stator a little bit of damage so stripped it for parts and used another backplate to finish the conversion.
Fitted new old stock points and a new condensor and sheathed the wiring with black sleeving.
First photos show the original 6v stator for the conversion, it looks ok but I'm not too happy to use it as it could prove to be unreliable because of some of the metal removed around the centre too close to the rivets.

A little rewinding of the lighting coils.
Condensor and points fitted.
Some brown wires connecting the four lighting coils.
Some sleeving and connectors.
