Posted: Fri Nov 07, 2014 8:36 pmBuilt one for one of our lot, as Andy says mini TS , 30mm delly , jl3 pipe li150 Spanish box (Graham's choice) 46x16 ok on flat struggled up hills (up and down box ) better with Italian LI , 5 plate clutch , mec crank , little monster

Posted: Fri Nov 14, 2014 10:36 pmThe kit is designed to rev high, don't spoil it by trying to turn it into a tourer. Short gearing and revvy exhaust works great.
Mine ran 5.4 final drive, scootrs exhaust and TMX27 Mikuni. In a foolish attempt to turn it into a motorway tourer I dropped the gearing to 5.00 and fitted a JL3 and it became a plodder that spent half it's time in 3rd trying to get back into the power band.

Posted: Sat Nov 15, 2014 4:13 amLi 150 box franspeed race 30 delly 60/110 crank. Im 17 st and it pulls 4th on inclines pretty well. I have played with the port timings though.
