Fresco Exhaust

Hi all,
I have an old under the kickstart Fresco which looks great on my skelly.
But the u-bend is the weak point.
Does anyone remake the u-bends preferably as a stub and then the downpipe?

I suspect that someone has a U bend in a drawer in their shed.
It is the sort of thing that pops up for sale at scooter autojumbles, such as the Mammoth Parts Fair at Melton Mowbray in October.

Give AF Rayspeed a call as they still make frescos although a more modern over kick-start version. However I think that the 42 and 48mm downpipes are the same which he will sort I'd think. Regards stub manifold nobody does one as I've tried, because my s type has a fresco. Never known a downpipe bend as tight making nuts a real pain. Cheers, Speedy.
