I can give you my set-up on my TS1 when I first put the Mikuni TMX35 on as a 225cc (Taffy exhaust) & now as a 245cc (Super Tourer exhaust), both set-ups with MB manifold, Yam block & spacer, 6 x Boysen petals.
225 / 245

M/J - 350 (toooooooooo rich but started safe) / M/J - 290
Needle - 6EN-55 (tooooo rich but started safe) / Needle - 6EN-57 (P2)
Slide - No. 6 / Slide - N0. 6
Pilot - 25 (toooooooooo rich but started safe) / Pilot - 20
Air screw - 1-3/4 turns / Air screw - 1-3/4 turns


Note:- airscrew @ front of carb/slide, out weakens (I believe)

BUT, whatever you do ALLWAYS plug chop all 4-rev ranges when changing any jet/setup bud
