AF Race Rapido 225 running in period.

Going to be fitting an AF Race Rapido 225 to my Lynx over winter. What is the running in period? Have heard 1000 miles, 500miles and 100miles. Don't want to seize it up. Any advice?

I ran mine in as per af instructions, similar to the RB but at 30/40/50 mph

There are those who just heat cycle it then retorque the head.

Thanks. I'm sure they told me when I bought it but been in a box for a while waiting for me to do it .
