Guys -- doing some trouble shooting on a difficult starter, standard 200 lump with 42mm clubman, jetting all good -- quick question when you turn the choke lever should the plunger move halfway or travel fully up the cylinder? My carb floods very easily on starting. Just playing around with things just now -- cheers G

Try starting it without choke,if it starts and revs ok,your main jet or pilot jet (the pilot jet takes its fuel from the main jet) may be to big.
