You'll need to tell us the rest of the details about your carb first, jetting, slide, needle. if the jetting is about right then setting the mixture screw pretty much follows the pattern for most carbs and you'll end up somewhere between 1.25 and 1.75 turns out. Slightly outside that range is probably ok but too far and you either need to increase or decrease the pilot jet by one size.

The jetting was done by Ron Moss when I bought kit I asked this question before and all the Avanti people were allmost identical with carb set up I've strobed it at 23deg down to 16deg when I can start it I've added Augusto 7000 but starting is the big problem it just don't start.Spark looks great even opened a plug up and it will jump 6mm gap please help

If you have Ron's suggested carb set up it should start with the airscrew in practically any position providing the choke is working properly. If you look into the carb mouth there is a hole to the left which you can see the choke plunger through, check that it lifts when you turn the choke lever. Also, always hold the throttle shut when kicking it over.

If the choke is working then it's possible you have an air leak.
