Loving that a lot, that Teddy bear is a nice touch, his mascot that he took on all his record attempts. If I recall, they found it floating at the wreck site but never found his body. Very sad, still remember being stunned when I read the headline on my paper round

There's a painting in the Bluebird cafe on Coniston very like the panel image...took my breath away when I saw it - really shows movement & speed.

Obviously it's not my bike, but they are my photos on SLUK. I also love the sensation of speed in the paintwork.

Saw this in the flesh yesterday. Very nice it is too
