Shane's Jet 200 ish

Guys hope this all works, I have already put some pictures in the Jet Set but thought I would have a go at putting some on the forum.
I bought the TS jet 200 based engine from Buzz years ago and was going to put it in the Spanish Li that I had but ended up buying a frame and forks and doing another bike. The Li was sold on to fund the new build.

I took her out for I little run up the road, Wow it sounds great, hope the Zircotech coating does what it claims and lasts on this old NK pipe, the rear break needs tweaking I may add the Boxenstop set up to compliment the front disk, I don't fancy doing an endo every time I come to the lights.
Fingers X'd this works :D

Shane - great jobs - looks awesome! I really like the bottle green too. Nice touch with the drilled kick start and brake pedal.

Toddy.
I wish! Had a habd in fitting the rear break peddle having to cut off the pre welded bush and cutting and fitting a new brass 1 as the original was sloppy.
At present I am messing around with a C2C screen which I have attacked with the dremel and had some brackets altered to suit as did not like the idea of tie wraps but love the look of the screen. I have drill an 80 mm hole in the tool box lid which is redundant due to the tank and I have had a stainless Yorkshire Rose fabricated which will let a bit of air behind the panels.

As you can probably tell the bench is not I a garage, I have helped put the forks in having spent a day helping in the shop, when Buzz was off in Spain, most off the work has been done by Branny with Buzz doing the electrics.
Cheers Shane.

Just a quick update. I am still waiting for the inspection to take place so I can get a reg, seems to be taking ages. any how the bike is already bar that, the painter dropped of the tool box lid which I had cut a great big hole in to take the Yorkshire Rose that Keith at K2 Custom Classics made for meImage
I have change the rear light for the Catalux lense that I purchased from Lee Geary( wow that was years ago ) £145, this like the engine was for my old Li Special before the change of heart, although this would not fit the old Spanish still rear light holder.Image
the panels are now badged up ( Note to self ) I think these need to come home to prevent them getting scratched.Image.
Fingers Xd wont be long now.

Very, very nice. That shade of green with white always suited Lambretta full frame III's.

I can't help noticing your rear wheel looks offset to the left. though. Best mentioned in case you are unaware.

Thanks I was surprised by how white it looks, as when the painter advised using a white with a touch of yellow in it actually look almost Old English but when it went together it actually does look really white.
As for the wheel I was looking at this and it is to be removed to fit the Boxenstop but further investigation will take place, ta!
Cheers Shane.

I found my self with a day with no work, and having got to bed in early ours of Friday morning I decided to fill the bike up and set off north. I covered 100 mile up to and back from Kirby Lonsdale, what a great day no mishaps other than a blown headlamp, the speed cable popped out, I think it was the big sleeping police man down my street and a couple of fan cowl bolts decided to do 1 some where on the journey.
Cheers Shane.

Stickers added, the smiley is to match the 1's used at the rear of the frame that cover the holes that were left by the painter.
