Still not clear of the legality of ownership of some of the scooters if they haven’t been paid for. V5 doesn’t mean you own it - Signed & dated receipt does.

Respect to the fella that gave his scooter back to the original owner after finding out it wasn’t paid for. I hope that others follow the same path.

I didnt end up recieving the scoot but did recieve half of an agreed amount in cash.I had agreed to recieve the amount in 2 payments as he said he was having difficulties I feel very fortunate as lots of people got nothing.I dont think he ever had this scoot in his possession to raffle hence the 3 month wait for a non existant delivery.Hopefully the seller still has it
