Hi Guys,

First, Toddy...the loop came detached from the frame, no idea why, i didnt ask to be honest, just wanted to get the project started...

I collected the parts from Colin, all painted and looking pretty, sorry but no pictures at the moment because im rebuilding at a mates who lives a long way from me, and i went and left my camera there, but suffice to say the build has started and going well, ive chosen a modern twist to an old theme...

So the paint is near to Lambretta white but is actually a pearl white that changes to blue in the light, the blue on the panels i opted for a high gloss finish with metal flake..looks great..

Also a small amount of airbrushing on the kick start panel only...

The engine is currently being built, ive gone for a "charlie tune" mugello 225 kit, gory exhaust and a whole shopping list of other parts, needless to say the wife is very impressed with how much you can buy for £50 these days ;)

Im really pleased with the outcome and i will get some pictures uploaded as soon as possible.

Great thread - lovely to see it progress from what you had, to what you have now.
Could I ask how much the blasting cost, on the casings?
