Good maintenance prior to the trip ... then the usual tools spark plug wire gas clutch and gears .. if there are possibilities to carry pieces I would say an exhaust system .. a electronic ignition ... clearly do not recommend a engine too elaborate to unless a is very reliable ... there were a few tears along the way but often due to poor care and poor maintenance of vehicles ... the wrong fuel mixture at low distances of lenses resulted in several broken but all in all I highly recommend a good control before departure

Yup I can attest to that  However it is a big buzz to be in the zone speed wise on a well tuned Lambretta. 8-) G.

can anybody point me in the right direction for next years event as we are mad keen to do this. have been in contact with Dean @ Rimini but he's not sure that they are going to be involved this year.

I also have an email from one of the BARI Vespa club guys but my Italian is not as fluent as it should be so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

regards H (Soulster22).

I know the dates for next year's event are 29th-31st May 2015
We have an information email address from last year's event also. Its Vespa Club Bari - info@vespaclubbari.it

There is a facebook page too that might get updated: Il Giro dei Tre Mari
