Hi kris

What will your GT set up be?
Are you going for a new crank too?
Which exhaust?
Variotronic?
Carb choice?
Gearing?

Seemingly small decisions are soooooo expensive !!!! :o

Probably just going to put the gt186 kit straight on the standard gp150 gearing and crank.

I don't think the 150 has the best gearing for it but heyho.

Carb will be a 25mm Dellorto phbl and exhaust a Gori race.

Not sure about what 12v to get, will need help with setting that up anyway.

The frame is completely stripped, motor on the bench and a big pile rusty parts on floor!

Can anyone advise me on the best course of action to take with my frame.

There are a few bads areas of rust, some heavily pitted and some pin holes, and one area badly dented. This is all on the loop part. The actual frame is straight and in good order.

I think Im going to get the frame either dipped or blasted for piece of mind so is it best to get it blasted then repaired or repaired then dipped or blasted?

Thanks
Kris

I'd go for blasting first then you can assess the damage and get the right repairs done where necessary.

Bit of a change in direction, I've stored this away in my lock up and will rebuild it at some point next year.
