Substantial rear rack

I’m off on a tour of Europe with Mark Bennett before the EuroLambretta. I’m after a strong rear rack to carry a spare wheel in a flat position and be able to mount a loaded top box on it. I don’t believe one of the standard chrome-type ones will be strong enough to take several thousand miles of pressure without breaking.

Has anyone got a rack available or know of where I can get a strong tubular one from?
