Glamping at Lincoln

I filled in on-line forms no doubt but got zero confirmation or payment options from Superstar Bell Tent Hire so I opted to go with another provider instead and paid my money.
Today, Superstar have sent me an invoice for £270. I am a bit taken aback so I have written to them to tell them that I have long since given up on them and gone elsewhere.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
