BSRA Nationals

I've noticed that there are quite a few of next years rallies advertised as a "National".......Weston-Super-Mare being one.

With Easter alternating between Whitby and Scarborough and Kelso, Cleethorpes, IOW and Bridlington being pretty much carved in stone it makes you wonder what 20 odd people have to sit down and discuss at the BRSA meeting ?

Seems a bit odd as the dates and venues aren't decided until Brid', or if it is correct then why bother with a meeting ?

"Big-up" to the LCGB who always come up with a couple of surprises :o

Having attended several BSRA meetings, I have never come away with the impression that any organiser has been given the nod to proceed with advertising in advance of the BRSA meeting. Ok, some rallies are pretty much a shoe-in, but I consider it a little cheeky to advertise yourself as a national before the BSRA have voted on it.

Just my opinion, and I look forward to seeing what the LCGB have to offer in 2017.
