Yes mate - the lights initial switch on is the week before running until Nov

Blackpool Lambretta Owners Club are back with their annual weekender ably supported by Tri Services Scooter Club. The designated charity for the weekend will be St Dunstans Charity for blind servicemen. This is a designated LCGB signing on event.
All welcome, Lambretta's, Vespa's, Auto's or Harley's. Facilities include Club House with two bars. Marquee with bar and stage. Showers and changing rooms. Catering on site. Friday night "Bob On" Uk's premier Bob Marley tribute band. Saturday night rally favourites BasketCase. Saturday will include Custom Show, Parts Fair, Tattooist and anything else we can come up with!!. All for £10 for the weekend with free camping.
Please note new venue. Blackpool Cricket Club, Stanley Park

I can't see that being an issue. Even now in the height of the season half the BnBs have vacancies. The cricket club isn't in the BnB area though so you might have a 10minute walk to the nearest one but we do have taxis as well as trams.

If I were to arrange spare time to travel to this will I have to pay the entrance to sign my name on a list.................could be a deal breaker

It's not something that we'd thought about tbh as it hadn't been an issue on previous events. We've got a meeting tomorrow with the cricket club so I'll bring the issue up, I'll be all for scooter entry only.
