They'll be sent out after the cut off point of the 23rd of March, when all the applications are in. We know exactly how many to order then. There's roughly a two to three day turnaround on them so you will get them in plenty of time.

Update,

Ticket sales have massively exceeded our expectations near 200, and its great to see there is there is such support for a ridden event in the south.
Despite notifications on all medias there are some who, for whatever reason are with out tickets who wish to attend.
We have decided to extend sales till Monday midnight to give those a chance to support this event.
This will be an online only option. As the box office is closed applications to southdownsrun@hotmail.com, you will receive instructions for paypal payment by return email.

got ticket for this, coming over from Hastings, but only coming back from overseas on the Thursday so might be pushing it to get to Southampton for the start
would it be ok if i started at the halfway point and rode to Southampton from there?

If so,where is the halfway point?

I got my e ticket, i believe from the outset the instructions were to bring this with you, show on the gate and then you get you're wristband?
