I've dug out an old horn casting which was in excellent condition apart from its twisted over the years. Could I get it straightened or is it past it. Ta

I think it's possible if you are very careful. But cast alloy isn't the best material for bending and it's likely it will snap.

Struggle writing a post never mind adding a picture  if you press it flat down at grill end one corner at headset end is about 10mm in air and visa versa. I held it against legshields today and it would push back so I'm going to try bolting it properly and see if it will pull in. Have an Indian one but the casting is pretty poor as they are now but I could probably clean it up if all fails

Suggest warming it up with a fan heater as hot as it will go without damaging the paint and screwing it into place. You'll need gloves. Good luck. ;)
