"No-Nonsense Quality 2 stroke oil"
why risk using anything else on your highly tuned, expensively assembled engine?

I think it important to remember why fully synthetic 2T oil was developed.
It wasn't because of motorcyclists demands. It was because of environmental leverage and enforcement.
I used to have an old and nearly knackered GP150. It would nip up very predictably with its crappy indian piston. It could only be used as a shopping trolley. Dual carriageways were a no no.
It didn't make any difference if the fuel was 2 star or 4 star or if the oil was £4 a litre or £20 a litre as far as seizing up was concerned.
The only difference that I could detect, was that the synthetic had a better smell and it didn't smoke as much with a cold engine. So I'm paying for the rider behind me to have a more pleasant ride! That's nice.
How it affects wear in the long term, may have some bearing on whether the £20 stuff has any real merit.
If for example it gave you an extra say 10% in mileage before a strip down then It probably wouldn't work financially. I guess its down to how much "Peace of mind" and questionable marketing is really worth.

I use this brand and it does the job. never had issue with it.
It does pay to consider using a brand that your happy with but should also consider if it is readily available in 20L or even 200L tubs. Even if you don't do the mileage on your machine you can decant it and spread the cost out with your mates who also like it and want to take advantage of a good deal. Product packaging and handling costs for oil are very high for 1Litre size packages. Not every body makes it available in large containers cos it pays them not to.

If you get the 20L drum fork out a fiver and get a tap that screws on the drum........saves you a load of hassle.

Rock oil groundsman, get it in 5 litre cans and it works out at £3 a litre.
Most decent lawn mower places do it.
