Throttle cables

Pulling my hair out with this, I’ve bought two different cables. Neither of them fit in my opinion correctly. Il explain, if I fit cable one, both ends nipples fit but the outer is long and sags by the brake pedal, completely out of line with the clutch and two gear cables.
When I fit cable two, there is no sag, therefore it is the right outer cable length but, the inner is about two inches too long, it passes the throttle lever.
I’ve looked and looked and looked, it’s driving me mad.
The only way I can sort it is by using a solderness nipple, I’m trying to do a proper refurb so using the correct length cable is something I’m hoping to do but I’m losing enthusiasm rapidly.

one must be an Li / Sx & the other a Gp.
Have you tried fitting cable one running along the opp side of the frame tube to the clutch / gears cables?

Thank both for the reply, it’s probably just the way they are made, I’m questioning the quality from the supplier as well, very cheaply bought in very cheaply made.
If I could dismantle the cables and swop them around then that would work. I know it shouldn’t be an issue but I’ve taken the two different cables on and off that many times it’s annoying.
Anyway, had a conversation with Peter from Camb’ Lambretta and I’m using a solderness nipple at the headset end, bugger it.
Cheers both, I’ll get there.
