Any recommendations for a GP 200 standard exhaust and downpipe.

The Tutto silencer is well made. I had to order mine from Italy though. I have a Scootopia one too, Again, this works well but for some reason the tailpipes are welded on skewif. When I queried this with Scootopia a few years back, they tried to explain it by saying they copied an original GP200 exhaust

No it didn’t and it took a couple of goes before I found one to match ok.

I've purchased several Tutto Lambretta exhausts, including 3x GP/DL ones the quality is significantly better than Casa Lambretta with only a marginal price difference. Tutto Lambretta is now owned by Swiss Tony so you can purchase TL parts directly from them without having to order from Italy.

I got a tutto silencer and tutto downpipe.
Fit not too good, bracket under crankcase is off.

I've an older Tutto SX one with mushroom baffle & it is spot on fit & everything, don't believe they add the mushroom baffle anymore to their SX exhausts, got a recent Tutto exhaust sometime back & quality gone downhill in my opinion to the older ones sadly.
